Brownsburg, Indiana is a progressive, growing burg close to Indiana state capital Indianapolis. Mostly home to couples with families who commute to work in an Indianapolis business every day, the town centers around Brownsburg children and is widely considered one of the top places to start a family, due to the high quality of the Brownsburg education system and the abundance of Brownsburg parks. As such, the Brownsburg nightlife scene is not much of a factor. Yes, there are a few nice Brownsburg restaurants to visit after dark, and many Brownsburg bars are good places to catch an Indianapolis sports game, but in general most places in this sleepy town close early.
However, if it’s past nine o’clock in Brownsburg and you’re looking for something to do, never fear: the glitz and glamor of downtown Indianapolis is only a short drive away. Head to one of the six Indianapolis cultural districts, grab a brew at an Indianapolis bar, see an Indianapolis band make your head spin at an Indianapolis music venue, or catch a live show at one of the dozens of Indianapolis theaters: all this is within easy reach of Brownsburg. If you can’t find something to do in the nearby Circle City, it’s your own fault.
